SERA Pilot Program
Help shape the operating system for heavy-equipment service.
SERA is being developed together with workshops and field-service organizations that work with heavy equipment every day. Selected pilot partners receive six months of access at no cost and a direct line into how the product develops.
01 / PARTNERSHIP
This isn't a free trial. It's a working partnership.
We are looking for workshops and field-service teams willing to use SERA in real operations, tell us where it helps, where it gets in the way, and what a modern heavy-equipment service system actually needs.
Selected pilot organizations work directly with SERA while the platform continues to develop.
02 / WHAT YOU GET
Six months to put SERA into real service work.
- Six months of SERA at no cost
- No payment card required
- Direct onboarding with the SERA team
- Access to pilot-ready Service Management functionality
- Direct contact during the pilot
- A real influence on workflows and product priorities
- No automatic conversion into a paid subscription
- A practical export of your organization's data if you leave SERA
03 / WHAT WE ASK
Real use. Honest feedback.
- Use SERA in real service operations where it is appropriate
- Tell us what works and what creates friction
- Share important workflow gaps
- Participate in short periodic feedback and check-in conversations
- Understand that pilot functionality can evolve during development
04 / WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Service organizations close to the work.
The pilot is selective because we want close contact with participating organizations and enough time to understand each operation properly.
- Heavy-equipment workshops
- Field-service organizations
- Dealer and service operations
- Teams coordinating several technicians and customer machines
05 / AFTER THE PILOT
Continue only if SERA earns its place in your operation.
At the end of the pilot, there is no automatic paid conversion. If the organization wants to continue, SERA and the organization agree separately on the commercial setup available at that time.
If the organization chooses to leave, there is no pilot subscription charge and SERA will provide an export of the organization's operational data in appropriate commonly usable formats.
06 / DATA OWNERSHIP
Your operational data remains yours.
SERA should not create lock-in by making a company's service records impossible to take elsewhere.
If a pilot organization leaves, SERA will provide its relevant organization data in practical export formats. Tabular operational information may be supplied in structured formats such as CSV where appropriate. Files, attachments and documents require suitable file formats rather than forcing them into CSV.
Selected organizations receive the final pilot agreement before onboarding. Read the standard program structure.
