SERA Pilot Program

Pilot Program Terms

Selected pilot organizations receive the final pilot agreement before onboarding. This page explains the standard program structure.

01

Length and price

The standard pilot lasts six months and is provided at no charge. No payment card is required.

02

No automatic conversion

The pilot does not automatically become a paid subscription. Continuing after the pilot requires a separate commercial agreement.

03

Working relationship

Pilot organizations are expected to use SERA where appropriate in real operations and provide reasonable, regular feedback through short check-ins and practical observations.

04

Product development

Pilot functionality may change as SERA develops. Access to the pilot does not promise every planned feature or a fixed future roadmap.

05

Operational responsibility

The organization remains responsible for reviewing operational data, service decisions, and AI-assisted output. SERA does not replace OEM instructions, qualified judgment, or required safety procedures.

06

Ending early

Either side can discuss ending the pilot early if the arrangement is not working or close collaboration is no longer practical.

07

Data and exit

The organization's operational data remains its data. If the organization leaves SERA, we will provide relevant organization data in appropriate, practical formats. Structured tabular information may be supplied as CSV where appropriate; files and documents use suitable file formats.
